NOTICE TO BIDDERS The Ohio Department of Natural Resources, through the Division of Parks and Watercraft, pursuant to and in accordance with the provisions of Sections 1501.09 and 1501.10 of the Ohio Revised Code proposes to lease for the operation of the Alum Creek State Park Sailing Marina, Delaware County, Ohio. The lease will be for a term of approximately eight (8) years from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2033. Said lease may be renewed at the option of the Director for a period not to exceed four (4) years. The Division of Parks and Watercraft will provide the following areas and facilities at Alum Creek State Park: One sailing marina building with restroom facilities; one hundred thirty-six (136) sailboat-only dock spaces; one shelter house; a non-powered boat launching area and associated parking lot area. The Concessionaire will furnish all equipment, materials, supplies, and labor necessary to operate the concession to approved standards during the season of operation as defined in the lease specifications. It shall be the intent of the lease that the minimum season of operation shall be April 1 through October 31 annually. Sealed bid proposals will be received in the office of the Division of Parks and Watercraft until 2:00 p.m., October 15, 2025.
