David Fried, a Justice of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, entered Sept. 2, 2025 and filed with the complaint and other papers in the Rockland County Clerk’s Office.   NOTICE OF NATURE OF ACTION AND RELIEF SOUGHT THE OBJECT of the above captioned action is to foreclose a Mortgage to secure $100,000.00 and interest, recorded in the Rockland County Clerk's Office on November 4, 2002, in Instrument Number 2002-00065463 covering premises known as 15 Lincoln Avenue, Spring Valley, NY 10977 a/k/a Section 50.7, Block 2, Lots 67, 67.1 and 67.2.   The relief sought in the within action is a final judgment directing the sale of the premises described above to satisfy the debt secured by the Mortgage described above.   Plaintiff designates Rockland County as the place of trial.
