The Plymouth Zoning Board of Appeals on the Zoning Bylaw will hold a Public Hearing in the Great Hall, Town Hall, 26 Court Street, Plymouth, Massachusetts on Monday, October 6, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. to hear the petition of Sheridan Home Builders requesting a Special Permit required per section 203-9.C to expand or alter a pre existing nonconforming use to convert from one nonconforming us to another; per Section 206-4.G to waive the required Obery Street Overlay District (OSOD) front and side setbacks; per Section 207-7 for inclusionary housing for one (1) affordable unit; and per Section 203- 7.C to waive required driveway separation on abutting lots: to construct an eleven (11)unit multi-family building and medical office building in the Obery Street Overlay District and underlying R-25 Zone on the property of 63-65 OBERY ST; shown as Parcel 027-000-044-007 of the Assessors Maps dated January 1, 2024, in a R25 Zone.
