TO Shane M. McManus and Deborah L. McManus both of Bridgewater, in the County of Plymouth, and to all other persons interested.
A petition has been presented to said Court by Olivia M. Vazquez, of Hanover, in the County of Plymouth, representing that she holds as joint tenant an undivided part or share of certain land lying in Bridgewater in said County of Plymouth and briefly described as follows:
A certain parcel of land with the buildings thereon, located on the easterly side of Walnut Street in Bridgewater, Plymouth County, Massachusetts, shown as Lot 2 on a plan entitled “Plan of Land in Bridgewater, Owner Wilfred L. and Carole L. Prouty, prepared by Michael J. Koska & Associates, Scale 1” – 40 feet, recorded with Plymouth County Registry of Deeds as Plan No. 132 of 1993, to which the plan reference is hereby made for a more particular description of Lot 2.
Said Lot 2 contains approximately 43,560 square feet of land, more or less, according to said plan.
setting forth that she desires that all of said land may be sold at private sale for not less than $680,000.00 dollars and praying that partition may be made of all the land aforesaid according to law, and to that end that a commissioner be appointed to make such partition and be ordered to make sale and conveyance of all, or any part of said land which the Court finds cannot be advantageously divided either at private sale or public auction, and be ordered to distribute the net proceeds thereof.
If you desire to object thereto you or your attorney should file a written appearance in said Court at Plymouth before ten o'clock in the forenoon on the twentieth day of October, 2025, the return day of this citation.
