NOTICE OF MEETING & PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE BOROUGH OF CONWAY ZONING HEARING BOARD  NOTICE is hereby given that the Borough of Conway Zoning Hearing Board will hold a meeting and public hearing on Tuesday, September 30, 2025 at 6:30 PM in the Municipal Building for the Borough located at 801 1st Avenue, Conway, PA 15027 on the following matter:  The application of Butter Business, LLC requesting a special exception under the Borough of Conway Zoning Ordinance Section 602.D.3 to allow professional offices at the subject property. The subject property is located at 1000 3rd Avenue, Conway, PA 15027 (Beaver County Parcel I.D. No. 180010339000) and is zoned R-2, General Residential.  The Board will consider any other matters that come before it.  The above application may be reviewed at the Borough’s Municipal Building during regular business hours (9:00 AM-4:00 PM).  All interested parties are invited to attend and be heard in accordance with the rules and procedures established by the Board.
