PUBLIC NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CONCERNING PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO THE GREENFIELD TOWNSHIP ZONING ORDINANCE Notice is hereby given that at 6:30. P.M., on October 7, 2025, at the Greenfield Township Municipal Building, 11184 Rich Hill Road, North East, PA 16428, the Board of Supervisors of Greenfield Township will conduct a public hearing on a proposed Amendment to the Greenfield Township Zoning Ordinance. The proposed Amendment will add a new section to the Zoning Ordinance establishing uses, procedures, standards and regulations for solar energy systems within Greenfield Township, Erie County, Pennsylvania, including Ground-Mounted Solar Energy Systems and Accessory Solar Energy Systems, such as Building-integrated Solar Energy Systems and Roof-Mounted Solar Energy Systems. Greenfield Township will conduct the public hearing so that residents and property owners in Greenfield Township can be given the opportunity to obtain information and offer comments and suggestions regarding the provisions of the proposed Ordinance. The public is invited to attend this public hearing.
