By virtue of and in obedience to a directed to me by the Honorable ASCENSION 23RD JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT in and for the PARISH OF ASCENSION, State of Louisiana, dated: Thursday, July 17, 2025, in the above entitled and numbered cause, I shalI proceed to sell at public auction at Governmental Annex 828 South Irma Blvd Gonzales, LA 70737 of which the Civil District Court of the Parish of Ascension is held on WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 29, 2025, at 10:00 AM, to the last and highest bidder for cash, the following described property, to wit:
ONE (1) CERTAIN LOT OR PARCEL OF GROUND, WITH ALL THE BUILDINGS AND IMPROVEMENTS THEREON, AND ALL THE RIGHTS, WAYS, PRIVILEGES, SERVITUDES, APPURTENANCES AND ADVANTAGES THEREUNTO BELONGING OR IN ANYWISE APPERTAINING, SITUATED IN THE PARISH OF ASCENSION, STATE OF LOUISIANA, IN THAT SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS BAYOU ESTATES, AND BEING DESIGNATED ON THE OFFICIAL PLAN THEREOF, ON FILE AND OF RECORD IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK AND RECORDER FOR ASCENSION PARISH, STATE OF LOUISIANA, AS LOT NUMBER ELEVEN (11), BLOCK FOUR (4), SAID SUBDIVISION, SAID LOT HAVING SUCH MEASUREMENTS AND DIMENSIONS AND BEING SUBJECT TO SUCH SERVITUDES AND RESTRICTIONS AS ARE OF RECORD AND/OR MORE PARTICULARLY SHOWN ON THE OFFICIAL SUBDIVISION MAP.
And from the proceeds of said sale to pay petitioner by preference over all other claims, the sum of: TWO HUNDRED FIFTEEN THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED FIFTY FIVE DOLLARS AND EIGHT CENTS ($215,155.08) DOLLARS, along with
interest and attorney's fees and all other costs including my own costs and charges.
