And from the proceeds of said sale to pay petitioner by preference over all other claims, the sum of: ONE HUNDRED NINETY SEVEN THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED NINETEEN DOLLARS AND THIRTY THREE CENTS ($197,719.33) DOLLARS, along with
interest and attorney's fees and all other costs including my own costs and charges.
