By virtue of and in obedience to a directed to me by the Honorable ASCENSION 23RD JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT in and for the PARISH OF ASCENSION, State of Louisiana, dated: Monday, January 29, 2024, in the above entitled and numbered cause, I shalI proceed to sell at public auction at Governmental Annex 828 South Irma Blvd Gonzales, LA 70737 of which the Civil District Court of the Parish of Ascension is held on WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 29, 2025, at 10:00 AM, to the last and highest bidder for cash, the following described property, to wit:
PLAINTIFF’S MORTGAGE AND/OR PRIVILEGE AFFECTED THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PROPERTY, TO-WITH:
ONE CERTAIN LOT OR PARCEL OF GROUND, SITUATED IN SECTION 60, TOWNSHIP 9 SOUTH, RANGE 2 EAST, SOUTHEAST LAND DISTRICT, ASCENSION PARISH, STATE OF LOUISIANA, IN THAT SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS THE HOLLOWS OF DUTCHTOWN, PHASE II, AND BEING DESIGNATED AS LOT ONE HUNDRED TEN (110), ON THE OFFICIAL PLAN OF SAID SUBDIVISION ON FILE AND OF RECORD AT ENTRY NO. 911086, IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK AND RECORDER OF SAID PARISH AND STATE, SAID LOT HAVING SUCH SIZE, SHAPE AND DIMENSIONS AS ARE SHOWN ON SAID MAP; SUBJECT TO RESTRICTIONS, SERVITUDES, RIGHT-OF-WAY AND OUTSTANDING MINERAL RIGHTS OF RECORD AFFECTING THE PROPERTY.
And from the proceeds of said sale to pay petitioner by preference over all other claims, the sum of: FOUR HUNDRED SIXTEEN THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED TWENTY FIVE DOLLARS AND FIFTY EIGHT CENTS ($416,925.58) DOLLARS, along with
interest and attorney's fees and all other costs including my own costs and charges.
