By virtue of and in obedience to a directed to me by the Honorable ASCENSION 23RD JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT in and for the PARISH OF ASCENSION, State of Louisiana, dated: Thursday, February 20, 2025, in the above entitled and numbered cause, I shalI proceed to sell at public auction at Governmental Annex 828 South Irma Blvd Gonzales, LA 70737 of which the Civil District Court of the Parish of Ascension is held on WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 29, 2025, at 10:00 AM, to the last and highest bidder for cash, the following described property, to wit:
THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED IN THE ACT OF MORTGAGE IS DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
ONE CERTAIN LOT OF GROUND, SITUATED IN THE PARISH OF ASCENSION, STATE OF LOUISIANA, LOCATED IN SECTION 32, TOWNSHIP 8 SOUTH, RANGE 3 EAST, EAST OF THE MISSISSIPPI RIVER, IN THAT SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS SHADOWS OF ASCENSION, THIRD FILING, AND DESIGNATED ON THE OFFICIAL PLAN THEREOF BY GWS ENGINEERING, INC., ON FILE AND OF RECORD IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK AND RECORDER OF THE PARISH OF ASCENSION, STATE OF LOUISIANA, AS LOT NUMBER NINETY-FOUR (94), SAID SUBDIVISION, SAID LOT HAVING SUCH MEASUREMENTS AND DIMENSIONS AS ARE MORE PARTICULARLY SHOWN ON SAID SUBDIVISION MAP.
