Extension of Premises & Outdoor Event License Premises – St. Francis Brewery – 9/27-28 & 10/4-5 from Noon to 10:00 p.m. c) South Powerline Trail Study as presented to Planning Commission. d) To Introduce and Adopt – Ordinance No. 1540 – Ordinance to Create Section 435-(C)(13) of the City of St. Francis Code of Ordinances Establishing Two-Hour Parking Limits on a Segment of East Bolivar Avenue as amended to end at Kansas Avenue. e) To Introduce and Adopt – Ordinance No. 1541 – Ordinance to Create Section 435-2(J) of the City of St. Francis Code of Ordinances Regulating the Parking of Detached Trailers on City Street. f) 8/28/25 request from Fire Chief re: the 39th Annual National Fallen Firefighter Memorial Conference. g) To Adjourn Time: 7:41 p.m. Direct: a) Application for Change of Zoning – Special Use – 3737 S.
