PUBLIC NOTICE UNION TOWNSHIP ORDINANCE NO. 194 YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the Union Township Board of Supervisors shall hold a public hearing on October 8th, 2025, at approximately 6:45 PM or as soon thereafter as possible, in order to consider comments on Ordinance No. 194. The hearing shall be held in the Union Township Municipal Building. The ordinance is an ordinance known as An Ordinance of the Township of Union Repealing its Previous Subdivision Ordinance and Replacing Said Repealed Ordinance with a New Ordinance of the Township with Ordinance No. 194 regulating subdivision and land development within the Township of Union. This ordinance shall effectively repeal the current subdivision and land development regulations which the Township has previously enacted and shall replace the repealed subdivision and land development regulations with new subdivision and land development regulations contained in Ordinance No. 194. After the public hearing, the Board of Supervisors shall immediately convene the regular meeting of the Supervisors and shall consider Ordinance No. 194 for adoption and enactment. Ordinance No. 194 may be briefly summarized as containing the following articles governing subdivision and land development within Union Township: Article One Title / Authority Article Two - Interpretation and Definitions Article Three - Plan Processing Procedures Article Four - Information to be Shown on or Submitted with Subdivision and Land Development Plans Article Five - Design Standards Article Six - Mobile Home Parks Article Seven - Administration Appendix.
