NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE OF RIGHT OF REDEMPTION

described property;
3. City of Wadley, Georgia;
4. Jefferson County, Georgia; and
5. State of Georgia.
Take notice that: Pursuant to OCGA Section 48-4-45 and OCGA Section 48-4-46, the right to redeem the following described property, to wit:
All that certain lot or parcel of land lying and being in the City of Wadley, Jefferson County, Georgia, containing (1/2) acre, more or less, and bounded as follows: North by lot of K. C. Budlduarn (known as Stony lot), East by Donovan Street, South by Butts Street and West by lot of Hector Stent. Said lot is known as the R. B. Byrd lot on which is located a frame hereafter building.
As described in Deed Book ZZ, Page 190. Further described as Map & Parcel W002 026.
will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 27th day of October, 2025. The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated the 7th day of March, 2023, and is recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Jefferson County, Georgia, in Deed Book 633, Pages 17-18.
The property may be redeemed at any time before October 27, 2025 by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to Henry Standifer, Jr. and
Shakeda Williams, at 2771 NW 1st Street, Pompano Beach, FL 33069.
