and addresses are unknown after diligent search and inquiry
You have been made a defendant in this suit in this Court by Petitioner, Maria del Carmen Galvan Resendiz, seeking a judicial determination that Maria del Carmen Galvan Resendiz, Jenifer Mejia Hernández, Cristian Mejía Hernández, Itzel Mejía Hernández, Miguel Ángel Mejía Flores, Jesús Eduardo Mejía Flores, and Luz María Mejía Galván are the sole and only heirs-at-law and statutory beneficiaries of Mariano Mejia Perez, deceased, under the Mississippi Wrongful Death Statute.
You are summoned to appear and defend against the petition filed against you in this action at 9:00 a.m. on October 27, 2025, in the Chancery Courtroom of the Hinds County Courthouse, First Judicial District, in Jackson, Mississippi, and in case of your failure to appear and defend, a judgment will be entered against you for the money or other things demanded in the petition.
You are not required to file an answer or other pleading but you may do so if you desire.
