By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Vanderburgh Superior Court of Vanderburgh County, Indiana, in Cause No.: 82C01-2304-MF-001814, wherein M&T BANK, was Plaintiff, and Greg S. Kempf, was/were Defendant(s), requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 30th day of October, 2025, at the hour of 10.00 AM or as soon thereafter as is possible, at www.zeusauction.com, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Vanderburgh County, Indiana.
