NOTICE TO BIDDERS   Notice is hereby given that MSD Warren Township Schools will receive bids for the cash lease of tillable farm acreage. Bid should include per acre bid amount and total bid price for lease. The lease will be for three (3) years and will begin with the 2026 crop year. The parcel is approximately 29 tillable acres (more or less) located on the East side of South German Church Road before reaching Prospect Street, in Warren Township, Marion County, Indiana (“the Leased Premises”). Use of the land under the lease will be limited to growing grain crops and the lease will contain usual and customary terms for such leases. Winning Bidder(s) Rental payment will be due to MSD Warren Township Schools as described in the contractual agreement, which will be signed after bids are awarded. On Friday, October 10, 2025 at 10:00 a.m., owner’s local time, at the MSD of Warren Township Education and Community Center, 975 North Post Road, Indianapolis, Indiana, 46219, sealed bids will be received. The bids should be directed to the attention of Matthew Parkinson. The bids shall be noted by MSD Warren Township Schools, for date and time receipt. All bids will be publicly open and read aloud after the deadline. Bids received after 10:00 a.m., will be returned unopened. Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any bid. The bids may be held for a period of not to exceed 30 days before awarding the contract.
