NOTICE OF DISOLUTION OF YOUR NEW BEST FRIEND DOG RESCUE INC.   To whom it may concern:   Please be advised that Your New Best Friend Dog Rescue Inc. a New Jersey non-profit company doing business at 167 County Road, Hewitt, New Jersey 07421, has been ordered to be wound down by an Order of the Superior Court of New Jersey dated June 6, 2025 and Joseph M. Casello, Esquire, of the firm Collins, Vella & Casello, LLC has been appointed in order to wind down the affairs, marshal assets, and pay creditor claims.   Please be advised anyone holding a claim against Your New Best Friend Dog Rescue Inc. or the assets of Your New Best Friend Dog Rescue must present written proof of their claim under oath to the Receiver, Joseph M. Casello, Esquire, at 2430 Highway 34, Suite B12, Manasquan, New Jersey 08736.
