Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on September 8, 2025, in the Circuit Court of Brevard County, Florida, Rachel M. Sadoff, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situated in Brevard County, Florida described as:
THE SOUTH 45 FEET OF LOT 7 AND THE NORTH 45 FEET OF LOT 8, BLOCK 58, PORT MALABAR UNIT FOUR, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGES 18 THROUGH 23, PUBLIC RECORDS OF BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA and commonly known as: 837 FAITH STREET NE, PALM BAY, FL 32905; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Brevard County Government Center-North, 518 South Palm Avenue, Brevard Room, Titusville, FL 32780, on October 22, 2025 at 11:00 A.M.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
