NOTICE OF PUBLIC SALE   Notice is hereby given in ac-cordance with the Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale en-tered June 3, 2025, in the action of Jayson P. Daney v. Evan T. Michaud, Docket No. ALFSC-RE-24-00077, where-in the Court adjudged the foreclosure of a mortgage granted by Evan T. Michaud, mortgagor, to Jayson P. Da-ney, mortgagee, dated No-vember 8, 2018, and re-corded in the York County Register of Deeds in Book 17840, Page 923 (the “Mortgage”), that the redemption period having expired without redemption of the property by the mortgagors, a public sale of the property described in in the Mortgage will be conducted as follows:   Friday, October 24, 2025, commencing at 10:00 AM at Jensen Baird, 10 Free Street Portland, Maine 04101   The property is located at 10 Boulder Lane, Lyman, Maine 04002, York County as referenced in the Mortgage.   The sale will be by public auction.
