Cleary (“Petitioner”), of 3207 NE 49th St., Kansas City, MO, 64119, has filed a Petition for Summary Administration (“Petition”), attaching thereto the Last Will and Testament (“Will”) of Sherree Anne Lamb, regarding the Estate of Sherree Anne Lamb, formerly Pouliot (“Decedent”) and requested the Court to probate the Will and issue Letters of Special Administration to Arianna M. Cleary, the person named Personal Representative in said Will. Said Petition further requests the Court admit the Will to probate, approve the final accounting, determine the heirs-at-law, devisees, and legatees, determine creditors and claims, if any, distribute all property subject to this Court’s jurisdiction, discharge the Personal Representative, close the Estate, and grant other relief requested in the Petition.  ALL CREDITORS having claims against Sherree Anne Lamb, formerly Pouliot, Deceased, are required to present the same with a description of all security interests and other collateral (if any) held by each creditor with respect to such claim, to the named Personal Administrator herein, Arianna M. Cleary and Robert C. Fries, the counsel of record for Arianna M.
