NOTICE INVITING BIDS Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by the City of San Buenaventura, California, on the online service Quest Construction Data Network (Quest CDN) before 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 14, 2025 at which time they will be publicly opened and read for the Downtown Ventura Partners Leased Building Re-Roof Project which consists of removing and replacing a 7,300 square foot roof comprised of three separate roofing systems, including membrane, flat gravel, clay tile, and appurtenant work as shown on the project plans (Drawing No. 2024-D-005) and in accordance with the project specifications. The Engineer’s Estimate of cost is $517,373.
