9/30/25 TREE REMOVAL HEARING LEGAL NOTICE TOWN OF BREWSTER TREE WARDEN NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING   In accordance with the provisions of MGL Ch. 87, “Shade Trees,” the Brewster Tree Warden will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, September 30, 2025, beginning no earlier than 2:00 PM at the Brewster Town Office Building, 2198 Main Street, Brewster, MA 02631 on the Town’s proposed removal of up to four (4) trees within or along the limits, and at the end of Leland Road, a town way. The proposed tree removal is necessary to allow the installation of stormwater management improvements. The trees proposed for removal have been marked and posted in the field.   Written comments may be submitted to the Brewster Tree Warden in advance of the hearing at the address provided above or by email to jsargent@brewster-ma.gov. The Brewster Tree Warden will also accept written or oral comments at the hearing.   Please note that while an option for remote attendance and/or participation is being provided as a courtesy to the public, the hearing will not be suspended or terminated if technological problems interrupt the virtual broadcast or affect remote attendance or participation, unless otherwise required by law.
