On or about June 5, 2025, the Augusta, Georgia Land Bank Authority filed a petition in the Superior Court of Richmond County, Civil Action No.: 2025 RCCV 00479, seeking to quiet title in certain lands described more fully as: ALL AND ONLY THAT PARCEL OF LAND, with all improvements thereon, designated as 154-0-205-00-0, lying and being in Richmond County, Georgia, containing 0.40 acres, more or less, being Lot 20-l, Block l, Dallas Heights Subdivision, shown in Realty Reel 146, Page 2107, described in Realty Reel 148, Page 2499, the description contained therein being incorporated herein by this reference, known as 2314 Travis Road.
