NOTICE OF SOLICITATION
The Port of Corpus Christi Authority (“PCCA”) is releasing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to contract a qualified technical service provider with demonstrable, relevant experience to identify and potentially deploy a solution to address intermittent congestion on the Joe Fulton International Trade Corridor. The complete RFP can be found on the PCCA procurement website (https://pocca.procureware.com/home). Respondents must register on the PCCA procurement website to access the RFP. For this procurement, PCCA will utilize a two-step process.
This project may be funded, in whole or in part, by state funds. Please see Section 8 within the RFP for a complete list of grant-related requirements and certifications.
A pre-solicitation meeting is scheduled for 10:00 AM CST on Wednesday, October 1, 2025, at the PCCA Executive Administration Building located at 400 Charles Zahn, Jr. Drive, Corpus Christi, Texas 78401. Respondents are to report to the front desk. For virtual access to the meeting, login information will be published prior to the meeting date/time.
In order to be considered, Statements of Qualification (SOQs) must be received electronically on the PCCA website (https://pocca.procureware.com/home), SOQs will be addressed to the Port of Corpus Christi Authority, Attn: Melinda Licon, Manager of Procurement Services, 400 Charles Zahn, Jr. Drive, Corpus Christi, Texas 78401, no later than 3:00 PM CST on Thursday, October 9, 2025 (the “Deadline”). SOQs received after the deadline will not be considered. SOQs may not be faxed or emailed to PCCA office. PCCA reserves the right to reject any or all SOQs received.
Respondents must not attempt to contact staff members, Port Commissioners, or agents of PCCA associated with this RFP to discuss or ask questions about the contents of the RFP other than in writing as provided above. Any such contact may result in disqualification of the Respondent.
