BY VIRTUE of and to satisfy a WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE issued from the Honorable 9th Judicial District Court, and to me directed as Sheriff and Ex-Officio Auctioneer of Rapides Parish, Louisiana, directing and commanding me to seize and sell the property, rights and credits of the defendant, I have seized the following property and will offer for sale to the last and highest bidder at Public Auction on the second floor of the Court House in Alexandria, Louisiana, between the hours prescribed by law, on Wednesday the 22nd day of October, 2025 the following property to-wit:
A certain piece, parcel or tract of land, together with all buildings and improvements thereon, and all rights, ways and privileges thereunto appertaining, being, lying and situated in Rapides Parish, Louisiana, and being more particularly described as follows:
Lot Twenty-Nine (29) of Iris Park Subdivision in the South Half of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 6, Township 4 North, Range 1 East, Rapides Parish, Louisiana, all is more clearly shown on plat of survey recorded at Plat Book 12, page 151, records of Rapides Parish, Louisiana.
And that certain lot 30' X 94.84' adjacent to the rear of Lot Twenty-Nine of Iris Park Subdivision as per Certificate of Survey dated June 14, 1966, recorded at Conveyance Book 681, Page 163, official records of Rapides Parish, Louisiana.
