BY VIRTUE of and to satisfy a WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE issued from the Honorable 9th Judicial District Court, and to me directed as Sheriff and Ex-Officio Auctioneer of Rapides Parish, Louisiana, directing and commanding me to seize and sell the property, rights and credits of the defendant, I have seized the following property and will offer for sale to the last and highest bidder at Public Auction on the second floor of the Court House in Alexandria, Louisiana, between the hours prescribed by law, on Wednesday the 22nd day of October, 2025 the following property to-wit:
A CERTAIN PIECE OR TRACT OF LAND, together with all buildings and improvements thereon, being, lying and situated in Lot B of the Subdivision of Section 40, Township 3 North, Range 2 East, Rapides Parish, Louisiana, having an area of 3.74 acres, more or less, and being more particularly described as follows, to-wit:
Start at the Southwest corner of Lot 2 of the Subdivision of said Section 40, Township 3 North, Range 2 East, and run North 36 degrees West 2.52 chains to the Point of Beginning, thence from said Point of Beginning run South 54 degrees West 4.85 chains; thence run South 36 degrees East 6.56 chains; thence run South 75 degrees 10 minutes East 4.16 chains to the Western boundary of the Alexandria-Ruby Highway; thence run along the Western Boundary of said Alexandria-Ruby Highway North 13 degrees West 5.69 chains; thence run North 36 degrees West 4.54 chains to the Point of Beginning. All as is more fully shown on plat of survey by Irion Lafargue, dated July 17, 1948, a copy of which is filed in the Conveyance Records of Rapides Parish, Louisiana, LESS AND EXCEPT that portion taken by Right of Way, Raymond Folse to State of Louisiana, dated, filed and recorded April 20, 1957, Conveyance Book 506, page 409, for Highway #454. See Certificate of Survey by Frank L. Willis, Consulting Engineers and Land Surveyors, dated July 11, 1998, a copy of which is recorded with that Cash Sale Deed at Book 1242, page 312, records of Rapides Parish, Louisiana.

NOTE: ALL SALES MUST BE PAID IN FULL TO RPSO BY 2:00 PM ON DAY OF SALE. ALL FUNDS MUST BE PAID WITH A CASHIER'S CHECK, CERTIFIED CHECK, OR BANK MONEY ORDER. ANYONE INTERESTED IN BIDDING MUST SUBMIT AN IRREVOCABLE BANK LETTER OF CREDIT TO THE RPSO CIVIL DIVISION PRIOR TO THE SALE.
