BY VIRTUE of and to satisfy a WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE issued from the Honorable 9th Judicial District Court, and to me directed as Sheriff and Ex-Officio Auctioneer of Rapides Parish, Louisiana, directing and commanding me to seize and sell the property, rights and credits of the defendant, I have seized the following property and will offer for sale to the last and highest bidder at Public Auction on the second floor of the Court House in Alexandria, Louisiana, between the hours prescribed by law, on Wednesday the 22nd day of October, 2025 the following property to-wit:
A certain piece, parcel or tract of land, together with all buildings and improvements thereon, and all rights, ways and privileges thereunto appertaining, being, lying and situated in the northeast quarter of the northwest quarter of Section 19, Township 3 North, Range 3 West, Rapides Parish, Louisiana, and being more particularly described as follows, to-wit:
Commence at a found brass cap at U.S. Forest Service Marker at the Northwest Corner of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 19, T3N-R3W; said point being the beginning of the property described herein; thence proceed South 88 degrees 17 minutes 31 seconds East a distance of 222.34 feet to a found half-inch iron rod; thence proceed South 00 degrees 10 minutes 16 seconds East a distance of 222.00 feet to a found half-inch iron rod; thence proceed North 88 degrees 17 minutes 31 seconds West a distance of 72.59 feet to a found half-inch iron rod; thence proceed North 00 degrees 10 minutes 16 seconds West a distance of 2.00 feet to a found half-inch iron rod; thence proceed North 88 degrees 17 minutes 31 seconds West a distance of 149.75 feet to a found half-inch iron rod lying on the Eastern right-of-way line of Bill Coleman Road; thence proceed along the Eastern right-of-way of Bill Coleman Road North 00 degrees 10 minutes 16 seconds West a distance of 220.00 feet to a found half-inch iron rod and being the point of beginning of the property described herein.
Said closed traverse containing 1.126 acres, more or less, and being depicted on a plat of survey by Colby C. Buller, Professional Land Surveyor, dated March 13, 2009, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof for greater certainty of description; subject to restrictions, servitures, rights-of-way and outstanding mineral rights of record affecting the property.
