BY VIRTUE of and to satisfy a AMENDED WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE issued from the Honorable 9th Judicial District Court, and to me directed as Sheriff and Ex-Officio Auctioneer of Rapides Parish, Louisiana, directing and commanding me to seize and sell the property, rights and credits of the defendant, I have seized the following property and will offer for sale to the last and highest bidder at Public Auction on the second floor of the Court House in Alexandria, Louisiana, between the hours prescribed by law, on Wednesday the 22nd day of October, 2025 the following property to-wit:
A CERTAIN PIECE OR PARCEL OF LAND, being as Lot 70, Village Green Subdivision, 6th Filing, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 14, Page 85, records of Rapides Parish, Louisiana, and being more particularly described on a certificate of survey, dated September 13, 1982, by Daniel D. Sandefur, Civil Engineer, and recorded with the Cash Sale Deed at Conveyance Book 1071, page 580 in the records of Rapides Parish, Louisiana, together with all buildings and improvements situated thereon.
Terms of Sale: FOR CASH "WITHOUT" APPRAISEMENT
NOTE: ALL SALES MUST BE PAID IN FULL TO RPSO BY 2:00 PM ON DAY OF SALE. ALL FUNDS MUST BE PAID WITH A CASHIER'S CHECK, CERTIFIED CHECK, OR BANK MONEY ORDER. ANYONE INTERESTED IN BIDDING MUST SUBMIT AN IRREVOCABLE BANK LETTER OF CREDIT TO THE RPSO CIVIL DIVISION PRIOR TO THE SALE.
