TRUSTEE'S NOTICE OF SALE
WHEREAS, on May 18, 2023, a Land Deed of Trust was executed by Teresa DeJesus Chavez Ibarra to Bridgette Harrell, Trustee for 852 Reaves Street Trust, Beneficiary, which Deed of Trust is recorded in the land records of the office of the Chancery Clerk of Hinds County, Mississippi in Land Deed of Trust Book 7295 at Page 7057, and
WHEREAS, default having been made in the performance of the stipulations and conditions set forth in the said Land Deed of Trust and having been requested to do so by the legal holder of said indebtedness, notice is hereby given that I, Bridgette Harrell, Trustee, by virtue of the authority conferred upon me in said Land Deed of Trust, will offer for sale and outcry to the highest bidder, for cash, between the hours of 11:00 A.M., and 4:00 P.M., at the North front door of the County Courthouse of Hinds County, Jackson, Mississippi, on the 10th day of October, 2025, the following described land and property situated in Hinds County, Mississippi, to-wit:
Lot 15, Block “C”, Re-Survey of Creedton, Part 1, a subdivision according to a map or plat thereof which is on file and of record in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Hinds County at Jackson, Mississippi, in Plat Book 12 at Page 42, reference to which is hereby made in aid of and as a part of this description.
Title to said property is believed to be good, but I will convey only such title as is vested in me as Trustee.
