AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOROUGH OF RIVERTON, COUNTY OF BURLINGTON, STATE OF NEW JERSEY, AMENDING THE INTERNATIONAL PROPERTY MAINTENANCE CODE 2024 EDITION FOR THE BOROUGH OF RIVERTON
PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the foregoing Ordinance was adopted on the second reading by the Borough Council of the Borough of Riverton held on September 16th, 2025.
A copy of the Ordinance may be obtained without cost by any member of the general public at the Clerk's Office by calling 856-829-0120 on week days between the hours of 8:30am and 4:00pm.
EXPLANATORY STATEMENT
The premises and exterior property shall be maintained free from weeds or plant growth in excess of six (6) inches. Noxious weeds shall be prohibited.
