The plaintiffs have filed a lawsuit against you for the purpose of canceling a mortgage made by Julius Raichle and Susan Raichle, husband and wife, to Windsor Financial Mortgage Corporation, which mortgage encumbered Lots 1, 2 and 3 in Block 39 as shown on the tax map of the Borough of Pine Beach, Ocean County, New Jersey (commonly known as 501 Riverside Drive, Pine Beach), was recorded in the Ocean County Clerk's Office on January 5, 2001 in Official Record Book 10274 at Page 1550 etc., and was assigned to GMAC Mortgage Corporation, its successors and/or assigns, by Assignment of Mortgage dated December 15, 2000 and recorded in the Ocean County Clerk's Office on January 5, 2001 in Official Record Book 10274 at Page 1556 etc. A copy of the plaintiff's complaint will be provided to you upon request. If you dispute this complaint, you or your attorney must file a written answer or motion and proof of service with the Deputy Clerk of the Superior Court within 35 days after the date of the publication of this Notice, exclusive of such date of publication.
