FOR HIGH QUALITY INSTRUCTIONAL MATERIALS
FOR K-5 LITERACY
Notice is hereby given that the Cheltenham School District will receive sealed proposals for an High Quality Instructional Materials for K-5 Literacy until Wednesday October 8, 2025 at 10:00 am local prevailing time to the district’s administrative office, to the attention of and located at:

The proposal will be for High Quality Instructional Materials for K-5 Literacy for the Education Department of Cheltenham School District.
The K-5 Literacy program should be aligned to the Science of Reading and the PA Core. Elements of the program should include, but are not limited to, nonfiction reading, Intervention and extension lessons, digital platform, Writing, and professional development/support of implementation.
At time of opening, the proposals will be acknowledged, but will not be read aloud nor any prices, etc. disclosed. Proposals received after the receipt deadline will not be accepted. Proposals will be held in strict confidence until reviewed and a program selected. Upon review of proposals and award, proposals will become public knowledge to anyone who submits a request.
Proposals must comply with all applicable minimum qualifications, laws and regulations. All proposals submitted are valid for acceptance by the district and may not be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days after the actual date of opening thereof.
Subsequent to the district’s receipt and review of the proposals, interviews may be conducted with the responsible offerors who submitted proposals. The district reserves the right to select for contract negotiations, the responsible offer or whose proposal is determined to be most advantageous to the district. The request for proposal may be canceled or any or all proposals may be rejected, in whole or in part, when the district determines that it is in their best interest to do so.
