WHITE, who died on OCTOBER 3, 2023, and whose personal representative is TERRY L WHITE. An order authorizing a deposit of funds to the registry of the court has been entered by this Court. Funds in the amount of $6,562.21 have been received by the Clerk of Circuit Court for deposit into the registry of the court, to be disposed of as directed by Section 733.816, Florida Statutes.
