PUBLIC NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Village of Dwight Zoning Board will be held at the Village Hall, 209 S Prairie Ave, Dwight, IL 60420, at 5:00 p.m. on October 21, 2025, for the purpose of considering a Petition for Variance being filed by Keith Lackner, to wit:
Adding a lean to shed within 3' of the property line.
Permanent Tax Identification No.: 05-05-09-128-012;
All interested parties are invited to attend the Public Hearing on the set date. After convening, the Zoning Board will make a recommendation to the Village Board of Trustees in favor of or against the granting of the requested Variance and will provide restrictions and/or regulations if deemed necessary.
