Condensed Minutes of the Regular Meeting of the Common Council of the City of Cudahy, held at the Cudahy Municipal Building, 5050 S. Lake Dr., Milwaukee County, Wisconsin – TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 2, 2025 ROLL CALL Mayor Jankowski called the meeting to order at 7:00 PM. Minutes of the Regular Common Council meeting held August 19, 2025. 2. Application of Susan Krogman, Agent, of Huckleberry Inn (5260 S. Packard Ave) for a "Class B" Combination Liquor License. 3. Application of Nathan Snieg for Peddler's License to provide real estate professional advice and market updates. 4. Ordinance No. 2562- An Ordinance to Amend the City of Cudahy 2050 Comprehensive Plan Pertaining to Land Located at 5000 S. Pennsylvania Avenue in the City of Cudahy. 5. Ordinance No. 2563- An Ordinance to Amend the Official Zoning Map of the City of Cudahy by Rezoning Certain Land in the City of Cudahy from B-5, Highway Business District with a Planned Unit Development Overlay to M-1, Limited Manufacturing District.
