NOTICE OF HEARING
PLANNING BOARD
TOWNSHIP OF VOORHEES
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT the applicant, 1099 White Horse, LLC (the "Applicant"), has applied to the Township of Voorhees's Planning Board (the "Board") seeking a Change of Use to convert a portion of the building to an Urgent Care facility and medical office. The remaining portion of the building will be utilized as office space. The Applicant also seeks relief from the off-street parking allowance required by the Township's Ordinance along with a waiver for site plan approval. The subject property is located in the O3-Office zone at 1099 White Horse Road and is shown as Block 160, Lot 7, on the Township of Voorhees' Tax Map, County of Camden and the State of New Jersey (the "Property").
A public hearing for this matter has been scheduled for Wednesday, October 8, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. and the caucus meeting at 6:45 p.m. or as soon thereafter as this matter may be scheduled. The hearing shall be held in the Courtroom at the Township Municipal Building, 2400 Voorhees Town Center, Voorhees, New Jersey 08043.
All papers are on file with the Planning Board Secretary and are available for public inspection during the business hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
You may appear in person, by agent or attorney and present any testimony that you may have relevant to this application.
The applicant shall also seek any other variances, waivers, interpretations or development approvals as may be required.
