Minutes of the Roland City Council Special Meeting Wednesday September 10, 2025 The Roland City Council Met for a Special Meeting on Wednesday September 10, 2025. The meeting was held at 6:30 pm at Roland City Hall. Mayor Kurtis Bower presiding. Council Members present at roll call: Jonathan Kepley, Riley Larson, Aaron Burres and Doug Sargent and Curtis Kentner Staff present were City Clerk Mellisa Mattingly and Public Works Supervisor Dalton Johnston and 5 people for the public. A motion was made by Burres and seconded by Kentner to approve the agenda for this meeting and make corrections to the minutes from September 3, 2025, meeting. All in Favor. Motion Carried. A motion was made by Burres and seconded by Larson for JD Albright to get the council the number of how much extra the street is going to cost. Either bring or send to Clerk Mattingly for the September 17, 2025, meeting. All in Favor. Motion Carried. A motion was made Sargent and seconded by Kentner to approve the extra cost for LRE. All in Favor. Motion Carried. Council Member Larson Abstained from voting. Council Member Burres moved for the adjournment of the meeting at 7:17 pm seconded by Kepley. All in Favor. Motion carried.
