Engineering Services Sidewalk Replacement
Community Development Block Grant Program (CDBG) FY 2025 Grant Award
The Village of Millerton is soliciting proposals from professional engineering consultants to provide services required for sidewalk reconstruction in the Village. These services are to include, but are not limited to, design development, construction documents, bidding and negotiations, and construction administration.

The deadline for submission of a response to the RFP is Thursday, October 23, 2025, 3:30PM at which time the bids will be opened.
A site visit will take place on October 9, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. Meeting place will be Village Hall, 5933 N. Elm Ave, Millerton, NY 12546.

Professional service firms, individuals, or teams that are or include NYS Certified MBE or WBE firms or individuals are strongly encouraged to submit proposals in response to this RFP. Consultants and firms are also encouraged to submit utilizing DBE sub-consultants where appropriate.
