RAWSON & CO.'S SUBDIVISION OF A BLOCK INCLUDED IN CAMPBELL & MCMULLEN'S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF DES MOINES, NOW INCLUDED IN AND FORMING A PART OF THE CITY OF DES MOINES, IOWA. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Des Moines, Iowa, will consider the proposed conveyance after a public hearing to be held at 5:00 p.m. on October 20, 2025, in the City Council Chamber, City Hall, 400 Robert D.
