NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 05/08/2025, and entered in Case No. 2023 CA 000520 of the Circuit Court of the SEVENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Flagler County, Florida wherein U.S. Bank Trust National Association, not in its individual capacity but solely as collateral trust trustee of FirstKey Master Funding 2021-A Collateral Trust, is the Plaintiff and Fred Wohlfarth; Rudolf Wohlfarth; Pasqualina Wohlfarth; City of Palm Coast, Florida are Defendants, and Agreed Order Granting Plaintiff’s Motion to Cancel and Reschedule Foreclosure Sale, entered on September 12, 2025, Tom Bexley, Flagler County Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 11:00 a.m. at https://flagler.realforeclose.com on November 7, 2025 the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 25, Block 42, of Pine Grove Section 26 Palm Coast, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in PL Book 9, Page 20, of the Public Records of Flagler County, Florida.
Property Address: 22 PILLORY LANE, PALM COAST, FL 32164
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim with the Clerk no later than the date that the Clerk reports the funds as unclaimed. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds.
If the sale is set aside, the Purchaser may be entitled to only a return of the sale deposit less any applicable fees and costs and shall have no other recourse against the Mortgagor, the Mortgagee or the Mortgagee's attorney.
