As of July 10, 2025, the third quarter taxes for tax year 2025 are due and owing in the amount of $2,442.29 There is also due and owing an outstanding tax sale certificate, number 2300017, in the original amount of $15,593.32, plus subsequent taxes, interest and charges.
The sale is subject to any unpaid taxes and assessments, tax, water and sewer liens and other municipal assessments. The amount due can be obtained from the local taxing authority. All interested parties are to conduct and rely upon their own independent investigation to ascertain whether or not any outstanding interest remain of record and/or have priority over the lien being foreclosed and, if so, the current amount due thereof. ** If the sale is set aside for any reason, the purchaser at the sale may be entitled only to a return of the deposit paid.
