NOTICE OF HEARING NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors of Springettsbury Township will hold a public hearing on October 9, 2025 at 6:45 p.m. at 1501 Mt. Zion Road, York, PA, on the proposed transfer of a liquor license from an establishment outside the Township to premises within the Township. The name of the applicant/transferee is: C H R Corp. d/b/a Rutter’s The location within the Township to which the license is proposed to be transferred is: 725 Arsenal Road, York, PA 17402 The purpose of the hearing is to receive comments and recommendations of interested Township residents on the proposed transfer.
