NOTICE   The Zoning Hearing Board of Wrightstown Township, Bucks County, PA, will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, October 8, 2025 at 7:30 PM at the Wrightstown Township Building, 2203 Second Street Pike, Wrightstown, PA, 18940, to consider the application of Bridget Hilbig, regarding Tax Parcel No. 53-002-007 which is located at 980 Mill Creek Road, in the CM, Conservation Management Zoning District of Wrightstown Township. Applicant seeks to place an eight foot (8 ft) “deer fence” around the perimeter of the 200 foot by 200 foot (200 x 200) flower/crop area, on the 5.38 acre site. §27-803.H H-3.1.a of the Newtown Area Joint Municipal Zoning Ordinance permits a maximum fence height of seven (7) feet, and no greater than four (4) feet within the front yard. Applicant seeks a variance for the height and location of the proposed fence.
