The legal father Anthony Dewayne Carter is African American, forty-two (42) years old, approximately 5’11” tall, weighs approximately 135 pounds, with brown eyes and a bald head. All other physical characteristics and his residence address are unknown and cannot be reasonably ascertained. Additionally, the identity and all physical characteristics and the residence address of any known or unknown legal or biological father are unknown and cannot be reasonably ascertained. There will be a hearing on the Petition to Terminate Parental Rights on October 23, 2025, at 9:30am easterntime, before Judge Joseph Tompkins at the George E.
