FREETWON, BOH HEARING 10/8 LEGAL NOTICE BOARD OF HEALTH HEARING NOTICE   In accordance with Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 111, Section 31, you are hereby notified of a public hearing. The Freetown Board of Health will hold a hearing on Wednesday, October 8, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. The hearing is to consider proposed changes to the Freetown Board of Health Regulations as they pertain to Wells and Water Supply replacing Chapter 2 Section 7 Part F and amending Supplement 2.   This meeting will be held at the Police Station Community Room, 15 Memorial Drive, East Freetown, MA 02717.   The proposed regulation changes may be viewed at the office of the Board of Health, at Freetown Town Hall Annex, 69 S. Main St. Assonet, MA 02702, during normal business hours.
