2025 PIMA COUNTY PROPERTY TAX NOTICE
The 2025 assessment and tax roll is now in the possession of the Pima County Treasurer.
Pursuant to Arizona Revised Statutes Sections 42-18051 and 42-18052, the First Half of 2025 property taxes will become due and payable on October 1, 2025 and will become delinquent on November 3, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. The FULL YEAR 2025 tax payment must be postmarked by December 31, 2025 The Second Half 2025 taxes will become due and payable on March 2, 2026 and will become delinquent on May 1, 2026. If payment is not received or postmarked prior to that time, interest will accrue at the rate of sixteen percent (16%) per year prorated monthly as of the first day of the month until paid.
The Treasurer’s Office is located in the Public Service Building, 240 North Stone Avenue. Business hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, legal holidays excluded.
