The City of Scottsdale is seeking a qualified Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) to provide preconstruction and complete construction phase services for the City of Scottsdale’s Fire Station 601 Ambulance Annex project. The project site is located just north of the existing Fire Station 601, located at 1901 N. Miller Road.
The City is seeking a licensed contractor with background and experience constructing successful fire station facilities. The CMAR shall understand the special concerns of fire station facilities and related off-site improvements. The construction estimate range for this project is approximately $6 to $7 million.
