Call of Election Notice The Regional Transportation Authority of Pima County (the "RTA"), an Arizona special taxing district, duly formed and existing pursuant to A.R.S. 48-5302, et seq., is holding an election to adopt a twenty-year, comprehensive $2.67 billion regional transportation plan; revise the 2006 regional transportation plan; and approve the transportation excise tax needed to fund the regional transportation plan. More information is available at https://rtanext.com/ The election will be held by mail-in ballot only on Tuesday, March 10, 2026. The last date to register to vote in the election is Monday, February 9, 2026, by 11:59 p.m. The election will be conducted by Pima County. Ballots will be mailed to qualified electors on Wed., Feb. 11, 2026.
