The Central Arizona Water Conservation District ("CAWCD") is soliciting Statements of Interest and Qualification (SOQ) for Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) Pre-Construction Phase Services for the Agua Fria Siphon Reline Repair Project in accordance with Contract Documents RFQ C25008. There will be a Site Visit scheduled for October 14, 2025. SOQs will be received by the Contracting Officer until 3:00 P.M., Local AZ Time, October 27, 2025. SOQs submitted by mail shall be mailed to P.O. Box 43020, Phoenix, AZ. 85080-3020. SOQs submitted by courier shall be delivered to CAWCD Contracting Officer, 23636 North 7th Street, Phoenix, AZ. 85024. The RFQ C25008 can be downloaded from the CAWCD website: https://ebids.cap-az.com/Construction/ActiveBidsList SOQs must be in the actual possession of the CAWCD'S Engineering Department at the location indicated, on or prior to the exact time and date indicated above. Late Statements of Qualification will not be considered. No paper documents will be accepted. Response to the RFQ shall be submitted on a flash drive in PDF format ONLY. The SOQ must be submitted with the RFQ No. C25008 and the Contractor’s name and address clearly indicated on the envelope.
