NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the above-named California Community College District, acting by and through its Board of Trustees, hereinafter referred to as “the District”, is calling for Pre-Qualification Applications for BID #719 VENTURA COLLEGE STUDENT HOUSING PROJECT PRE-QUALIFICTION APPLICATION GENERAL CONTRACTOR, B -GENERAL BUILDING CONTRACTOR. Pre-Qualification Applications will be received at Ventura County Community College District, 761 E Daily Drive, Suite 200, Camarillo, CA 93010, Attn: Ilene Mehrez up to but no later than 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, 10/21/2025, at which time applications will be opened and publicly read. All Pre-Qualification Applications must be sealed and submitted on forms furnished by the District. Failure to comply shall render such Pre-Qualification Applications to be “Non Responsive” and rejected. Pre-Qualification Applications must conform with and be responsive to the bid and contract documents. Copies may be obtained as PDF from the website at https://purchasing.vcccd.edu/. A mandatory Pre-Submittal Meeting will be on Tuesday, October 7, 2025 at 10:00AM PST via ZOOM.
